Obituary for Billy Rowe

Billy Rowe, age 86 of Williamsburg, Ky., passed away Tuesday June 19, 2018 at Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington, Ky. He was born September 18, 1931 in Jellico, Tennessee to the late Luther and Matilda Rose Rowe. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson Thomas Rowe Jr., a daughter Teresa Ward, 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
He is survived by his spouse Kathy Kimberlin of Williamsburg, Ky., 6 daughters; Elsie Mills of Williamsburg, Ky., Peggy Rouse (David) of Williamsburg, Ky., Bonnie Partin of Birmingham, Alabama, Sheila McBryde (Robert) of Williamsburg, Ky., Brenda Rowe of Williamsburg, Ky., Becky Rountree of Dalton, Georgia, 2 sons; Tom Rowe of Williamsburg, Ky., Jerry Rowe (Judy) of Pine Knot, Ky., 25 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Jeweline McCullah (R.L.) of Williamsburg, Ky., Helen Waddle of California, 3 brothers; David Rowe (Carolyn), Paul Rowe (Deloris) and Roy Rowe (Mary Jo) all of Williamsburg, Ky., several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Saturday June 23, 2018 at Mt. Ash Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Carpenter and Rev. Rob Powers officiating. Interment will be in the Fox Cemetery at Newcomb, Tennessee.
Visitation will be 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm Friday June 22, 2018 at the Mt. Ash Baptist Church and 11:00 am until funeral hour Saturday June 23, 2018 at the church.
